When you reach your monthly quota limit for PDF processing or storage, you won't be able to upload new documents until your quota resets at the beginning of the next month. You can continue to access and use your existing documents and quizzes. To continue uploading immediately, you can upgrade your plan.

Currently, we don't offer one-time quota purchases. We recommend upgrading to a higher plan that better fits your usage needs. All our plans are designed to provide the best value for different usage levels.

AI processing time is calculated based on the actual time our servers spend processing your documents. This includes text extraction, analysis, quiz generation, and summary creation. Simple documents with less text will use less processing time than complex, multi-page documents.

Yes, you can downgrade your plan at any time. The changes will take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle. If you downgrade to a plan with lower limits, you'll need to ensure your usage stays within the new limits, or you may lose access to some features until you reduce your usage.
